New: Opt-out and Data Access forms

Individuals whose data may appear in public content can now exercise their rights through new public forms:

• /privacy-opt-out: Request to opt out and stop including your public profile in results.
• /privacy-my-data: Request to access any data we may hold about you.

These forms are unauthenticated, allowing anyone to submit a request.
